Have you heard your agent use the phrase Purchase Agreement?

The Puchase Agreement is the “offer” it outlines all of the terms of the transaction and it must be agreeable to the buyer and the seller! All of the contingencies within the Purchase Agreement must be met to successfully close the transaction.

In the Purchase Agreement you will find information such as the dollar amount the buyer is offering, rather the appliances are included, the proposed closing date and so much more!

The Purchase agreement is NINE pages of legal contract! Thats a lot! While buying or selling your biggest financial purchase, do it with representation so that you understand what you are legally responsible for, obligated to do and not do and have someone negotiating and advising you through those nine pages!
