What a WONDERFUL morning we had celebrating the BEAUTIFUL ladies that live at Raintree! Lucas and Lou made an INCREDIBLE breakfast that included quiche, bacon, cinnamon raisin bread, and fresh fruit. Happy Cinco de Mayo! We had yummy beef enchiladas, pico, and Spanish rice for lunch. For dessert, we enjoyed AMAZING sopapillas made by our very own kitchen manager,Lucas, along with cinnamon churro ice cream. Then in the afternoon we enjoyed listening to music performed by Chords of Friendship while eating chips, cheese, and salsa. A special thank you to Chords of Friendship, Becky, Lucas, and our GREAT kitchen staff for making today such a memorable day at Raintree Square!
