Does a 7.5% interest rate make you want to hold off on buying a house until it changes, or are you ready to buy right now and dont want to take a chance that it may go even higher?

If you can afford the payment with the current rates, you can always refinance if the rates do decrease. But if you decide to hold off until the rates come down, just keep in mind that there are no guarantees that it will, and there will be more competition for the houses because everyone was waiting for the same reason. Which raises the prices of the homes.

But high interest rates + inflation dont help the people at all so I hope it does go down soon! Wheres the manager?? Whos in charge of this ride? How do we get off??

So if your credit is less than great, start working on it to get yourself the best rate!
