Developed by Adam America Real Estate and MSD Partners, 2505 Broadway is a new construction, 19-story luxury condominium building located in Manhattan’s coveted Upper West Side neighborhood at the corner of 93rd Street. The building has topped out and sales are anticipated to launch this Spring. Adam America engaged Eran Chen and his world-renowned firm ODA to create the architecture and interiors
of 2505 Broadway. The firm's design for the exterior is a modern interpretation of the traditional architecture of the Upper West Side, taking inspiration from the rich heritage and pre-war aesthetics of cherished buildings found throughout the neighborhood. The exterior is comprised of custom, curved bricks and rounded, vertical piers rising from the street level and tapering into terraced setbacks at the top. Anchored between the piers are oversized windows adding crisp, sophisticated lines to the building’s façade and filling each residence with an abundance of natural light. 2505 Broadway consists of thoughtful one- to four-bedroom residences, which include two stunning duplex townhomes with private outdoor courtyards/terraces and a one-of-a-kind four-bedroom penthouse that features a large private roof terrace with Hudson River views. Each residential floor is shared with only one or two other homes, allowing for almost complete privacy. An elevated suite of amenities has been programmed to include a well-appointed fitness center, a children’s playroom, sports court/movie theater, pet spa, library lounge, and a number of private outdoor spaces that offer residents a calming oasis.
