August 2026 market update 📊

The latest numbers are in for Rockland, Bergen, and Orange Counties, and each market is telling a slightly different story.

Bergen County remained the fastest-moving of the three with a 29-day average market time and a $950,000 median sales price. Rockland County saw 197 homes sold with a median sales price of $815,000, while Orange County posted 383 new listings and a median sales price of $520,500.
