53 years. One family. Countless memories. ❤️🏡

Today was a bittersweet closing. After 53 years, my seller said goodbye to the home where she raised her family and created a lifetime of memories.

While it’s never easy to leave a place filled with so much history, this home is now being passed on to a wonderful new family who will create memories of their own. Truly the end of one chapter and the start of another 🤍

HUGE shoutout to the amazing buyer’s agent, Miriam from Q Homes—proof that sometimes the best thing you get from a transaction is a new friend 🥰 And thank you for the unbelievably delicious babka… definitely part of my celebratory snack situation 😂

Speaking of celebrating… I also had to pick up some Dunkin’ donuts for the kiddos because they deserve a treat too 🍩

And fun fact: this entire closing was so smooth it was done in just 15 minutes! 🔑✨

Rockland County Emergency Management Division advises motorists to expect significant traffic delays and road closures surrounding Rockland Community College on Friday, May 22, 2026, due to a planned presidential visit.

🚧 College Road will be closed between Carlton Road and Viola Road beginning at approximately 12:00 PM and continuing through the conclusion of the event.

Please plan ahead, allow extra travel time, follow posted detours, and avoid the area if possible. Expect changing traffic patterns and an increased law enforcement presence throughout the day.

Over a year in the making 🤍
We’ve been through the ups, downs, bidding wars, and moments where we almost lost faith.

We originally lost this condo in a bidding war… but when it’s meant to be, it comes back around.

Everything happens for a reason — and this one was worth the wait.

And to top it all off, she surprised me with the most delicious treats from 🥐🍰 — totally unnecessary but so appreciated.

So beyond happy and thrilled for her 🔑✨

Huge shout out to the Town of Clarkstown, the Highway Department and the DEFM for their amazing job on the roads, but also for clearing the parking and sidewalks making it safe for our residents and customers of all the small businesses in town.

Last night I had the absolute honor of being a guest speaker for Girl Scout Troop 40746 💚🍪

We talked about what it means to be a Realtor and how it connects to Girl Scout values like leadership, confidence, helping others, and building strong communities. I even gave them a peek at some of my advertising 😉

I also shared how a flexible career allows me to be a mom of 4 kiddos, a dog mom to 2 pups 🐾, work summers at JCC Rockland Camps in charge of creative crafts, and still love what I do every day.

We jammed to music 🎶, colored magnets 🎨, and ended with a full-on dance party 💃

So proud to show these girls that you can dream big, work hard, and still have fun doing it 💫
