*NEW CLIENT 5 STAR REVIEW*...
We couldn't be happier with the experience we had working with Michael. He went above and beyond throughout this entire process.
He helped us sell our home and also guided us through the purchase of our new condo. Both transactions came with their own challenges, and he was always patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and reassuring. We always felt that he had our best interests at heart and that we were in very good hands.
What makes him such a great real estate agent is not only his knowledge and professionalism, but the genuine care he puts into helping his clients. We can honestly say that he is someone we trust and would recommend without hesitation.
Thank you, Michael, for making such a major transition in our life feel so much easier. We are very grateful for everything you did to help us get our new home!

New *5 Star* Review from Clients....
If you are looking for a real-estate agent to sell your home, I would like to recommend Michael Kubala associated with Coldwell Banker Realty. Michael's attention and focus was consisitent with his learned and professional presentation. Having a theatrical background provided the necessary knowleadge to properly stage a home for sale and eventually produce it's righful value. Michael kept us informed with every offer and answered all our questions with a great amount of patience. What impressed my wife and I was that Michael loved his job.

New *5 STAR* Review from Clients...
We Hired Michael after a brief interview to understand how he worked and engaged with his clients. I say brief because we knew quickly that Michael had our best interests as his goal for selling our home. Working with Michael was not just a pleasure but a learning experience for us as we had lived in our home for over 30 years and had not bought or sold a home since our intial purchase.
Michael guided us through the entire process and provided valuable advice and coordination. He is a tremendous asset to his Coldwell Banker team and provided us with the needed resources and professional support we needed to alleviate all our concerns as we completed the sale of our home.
Michael's efforts and support proved invaluable, he was the one asset our home did have. He was there every step of the way and always assured us and gave us peace of mind as we navigated all the required steps to sell what was once our forever home.
We hope this note finds you well and provides you with the sense of our gratification and appreciation for your help and support.
All the best,
Bill and Phoebe
Dear Bill & Phoebe, it was a pleasure getting to know you and working for you!
