I’m not very good at the “look what I did” posts, but this one deserves a thank you.

I received the 2026 Ohio REALTORS® President’s Sales Club Award of Distinction after closing $3.486 million in real estate sales.

The number is nice. But what I actually think about are the people behind it.

First homes. Next homes. Investment properties. Land. Houses that needed some work. Deals that were straightforward and plenty that definitely weren’t.

Every one of them involved someone trusting me to help with a pretty big decision.

So rather than an awards post, this is a thank-you post.
