✨ Big News — My Next Adventure Begins! ✨
I’m starting something completely new — thinking about turning this beautiful property into an Airbnb so others can enjoy it too! 🏡
It’s a large, inviting home that’s great for entertaining, with a charming old barn that might one day be home to goats, chickens for fresh eggs, or maybe even something more exotic (llamas, anyone? 🦙).
There’s also a historic blacksmith outbuilding on the property — such a cool piece of history that I’d love guests to experience up close.
While exploring, I found the original wood floors hiding under the plywood. It would be cheaper and easier to just cover them again… but they have so much history, and I’m torn between keeping things simple or restoring their original beauty. ❤️
Now I’m deciding:
Should I rent it as-is, or go all in on renovations and create a truly special Airbnb getaway — maybe even a venue for weddings, parties, and gatherings down the road?
This is my first Airbnb, so I’m learning as I go — but I’m excited to share every step of the journey with you! Stay tuned for updates, renovation progress, and (hopefully) a few new farm friends. 🐐🐓
