Yesterday I attended She Means Business, and one of the things that stayed with me most wasn’t something written on a slide. It was the feeling of being in a room full of women building businesses, chasing goals, and showing up for themselves!

One thing I kept thinking about on the drive home was how so many of us spend time wondering if we’re doing enough, moving fast enough, or if everyone else has it more figured out than we do.

A few reminders that stuck with me that I want you to remember too:

~ Comparison steals way more than it gives. Someone else’s timeline doesn’t make yours wrong.
~ You’ll probably never feel fully ready for the next step, but you figure it out by doing.
~ Asking for help isn’t a weakness. It’s often what helps us grow faster and better.
~ You do not need to know exactly what the next 5 years look like to take the next right step.

Whether you’re building a business, changing careers, raising a family, chasing a goal (like buying a home!), or just trying to show up better each day, yesterday felt like a good reminder that you don't need all the right answers to still be moving in the right direction!

Growth isn’t always linear, and maybe that’s exactly how it’s supposed to be 🤍
