Friday, 10/2/2026-I got to tour a really unique property with buyers. I've been there many times, but the peek behind the curtain with the owners was really the icing on the cake. Beautiful fall colors with a moody sky as the backdrop, dirt roads, no cell service for most of the day, me and my 4runner, and cup of coffee. What a day!

Egad! My heart! This feels like a LIFETIME ago, but it was just 10 years.
Spoiler...she still plays with the rocks in the landscaping beds..

HAHAHAHA WHOOPS! I meant to post this on my personal page but whatever. My family is important to me and why I love what I do. I was an at home parent for 14 years. If I can juggle a family, I can handle anything. I also love when clients have their littles on appointments, as it reminds me of when my kids were small.

How would you style this little nook?
I know exactly what I would do. It would be a dreamy little retreat with some comfy cushions and soft lights, perfect for reading and sipping ☕ on rainy days. I'd likely have a 🪴hanging from a macrame boho style hanger to soak up the sun. I would watch the neighborhood routine from that window.

It's not always just the layout and amenities of the home, it's how you can visualize your life there.

Finding a home where the kids could play outside safely and I could get out for walks was super important. We couldn't have picked a better fit for us 14 years ago.
What is important to you when you're looking for a place to live? Space? Walking paths? I'd love to know!

It's a beautiful day to be on this side of the dirt, and to be touring homes in the Adirondacks. Thanks to my buyers for getting me out of the house early and getting me up to White Lake and Okara Lakes to view two great homes!

For less beautiful days, I'm equipped to drive in all sorts of weather to find my clients the right home! Snow? Rain? Not a problem. Sketchy roads? I'll pop the truck in 4x4 and we will have an adventure!
