The 2022 results are in and I would just like to say that I am so very thankful and beyond grateful for the old friends and former co-workers who became my new clients, for my clients who often become new friends, for the realtors, inspectors, lenders, attorneys and everyone in between that I had the privilege of working with last year. I so appreciate the trust given, the lessons learned, the problems solved together and sometimes just the incredible patience and tenacity that was required to get to the closing table. Most of all, thanks to my family who put up with me (not that I was ever super stressed out or anything 🥴) but I was either gone or on my phone or staring at my laptop ALL THE TIME when I was home last year!! Im not saying that I was cranky on one or maybe two (at the most) occasions and I appreciate them at least pretending sometimes to listen to my too long tales of woe, embarrassing realtor moments and/or funny jokes 😂. The little lull over the holiday season was very much enjoyed and needed but things are picking up very quickly all of a sudden for the spring market. WHO’S READY TO BUY OR SELL A HOUSE WITH ME THIS SPRING? Game face is on - Let’s Go!!
