My real estate investing career is old enough to drink today. 21 years ago I bought my first investment property. 85 Bristol St, New Haven.

This property also created a chance encounter with Than Merrill and Paul Esajian Than and Paul were casing the neighborhood, Than on crutches. They brought me into the CT Homes LLC family. Where I met so many great people, all who played a part in where I am today. Especially Ronald Candelora

Prime Management LLC: A Property Management Company was created in their office, which lead to the spin off of CTRES now RE/MAX Showcase New Haven.

There are a ton of people who helped me along my journey, and I am forever grateful. I try to pay it forward which is why I present and involved with NHMR and YPN.
