We are the Hostetter Realty Rental Department based from New Holland with a branch office in Quarryville. Our purpose is to present you with the best rental opportunities in the area. Our team is equipped to work with you from the day you express interest in renting to the day you sign a lease. We look forward to hearing from you! How the Application Process Works:

If you are interes

ted in a property, you must fill out a rental application:http://www.hostetterrealty.com/pdf/New-Holland-Rental-Application.pdf

A nonrefundable $35 fee, a copy of a photo ID, list of previous or current landlord references, and two copies of pay stubs or some other proof of income must be included with the application. Applications can be mailed to or dropped off at our New Holland Office: 321 East Main Street, New Holland, PA 17557. If your application is approvable, we will schedule a showing of the property. Your approvable application is valid for 3 months and can be applied to any of our available rentals. We will run a background check and view your credit report, looking for a score of at least 600. The application processing window is approximately 5 business days. If your application is approved, the first month’s rent must be paid to hold the property. At the possession, the security deposit must be paid in full. Please contact us with any questions.
