Custom upgrade choices are new light oak cabinetry, appliances in beige or whisper gray for the look of Stainless Steel without the upkeep and vinyl flooring that looks like hardwood floors as well as wood grain six panel doors! Get the look of the best ~ Priced for less! Custom and Traditional homes all feature a HUGE private balcony or walk out patio! Each home is spacious, and includes amenities such as dishwashers and air conditioners. Apartments on the front side of the building receive sun in the morning through early afternoon. The back side of the building overlooks the pool, children's play area, nature preserve and receives calming afternoon and evening sun. A heated underground parking space as well as heat is included with your monthly rent! Indoors we offer our residents a newly equipped exercise room, sauna, and party room.
