Meet Kathy Sberna
Kathy Sberna was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to getting her real estate license she managed a fine dining restaurant in Cleveland. After having children she changed her career direction and became a co-owner of a manufacturer’s rep business for packaging products with her father.
Moving every three to four years for her husband’s career made Kathy realize how much she enjoyed the process of selling and buying new homes in different cities, so she decided to pursue a career in real estate. She earned her real estate license while living in Pittsburgh, then in 2001, her family moved to Bucks County, fell in love with this area and decided to settle here. Once settled, she joined a local “boutique” real estate firm, but is excited to have recently become a part of the amazing team at Keller Williams Luxury International.
Kathy enjoys working all forms of real estate transactions, but especially loves offering a “tour of Bucks” to buyers looking to move to the area. She understands the trust that buyers put in her hands to help them explore a new area and enjoys working hard to help them find the right spot to call HOME.
Working as a full time agent and being easily accessible is important to help ease the stress of marketing a house for sale and purchasing a new house. Her clients appreciate her ability to translate the process in easy to follow steps of progression from showings to settlement.
