A lot of buyers don’t realize that third party real estate websites don’t always show the full picture.

With everything currently going on between Zillow and MRED, I thought this was important information to share for anyone searching for a home in our area 👇

🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR CHICAGOLAND HOME BUYERS & SELLERS 🚨

You may soon notice that some MRED listings are no longer appearing on Zillow or Trulia due to an ongoing dispute between Zillow and Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED), the MLS system that powers the majority of listings across Northern Illinois.

What does this mean for Village Realty clients?

Very simply:
