A friend of mine sent me a client to help because the location of the property was too far away from her to handle. Yesterday, I got the client and buyer to the closing table.

This closing was especially rewarding because the seller and buyer are from the same family. Uncle sold to nephew and the family property remained in the family. It was so cool to hear the family stories flying back and forth across the closing table and see the emotions as the paperwork was signed.
