Most sellers think a vacant home is the best way to sell. Sometimes it is. But sometimes a home actually shows better with furniture still in it — giving buyers a sense of how their furniture will fit in the space.
That was the case with my step-father-in-law's condo.
Rarely are homes ready to list the day a seller decides to sell. Most need a little help getting there. His sons trusted me with something that mattered a lot to them: getting their dad's home ready so a future buyer could walk in and see their own life there.
Before this condo could go live, it took a team. A stager who saw the potential in every room. A window cleaner who let the natural light do its job. A home cleaner who made every corner feel cared for. A trash removal crew who hauled away the remaining items. And a home inspector who made sure there were no surprises waiting.
None of that happens by accident. It happens because I have people I trust, who show up and do the work right.
So today, before I share the condo itself, I wanted to take a minute and say thank you to this crew:

Grateful to each of you for making this condo show ready. I couldn't have done it without you.
