Stewart Properties Management and Services is a local, veteran-owned company, dedicated to providing tailored support to meet your residential property needs. Three primary services currently provided by SPM&S are Property Management, Relocation Assistance, and Property Concierge Services. Property Management. Whether you are moving down the street, to another state, or out of the country, you can

feel confident entrusting the management of your property to SPM&S.

- Develop a Property Management Plan detailing the Property Owner’s objectives
- Renting the Property. Determine rental rate, advertising, showing the property, screening of potential tenants, tenant selection, lease preparation, inspections, collecting rents, fees, and other charges. Take necessary legal action on behalf of the owner if required.
- Maintaining the Property. Ensure preventative maintenance is conducted in accordance with the Property Management Plan to include bi-annual walk through safety inspections. Provide 24/7 support for emergency maintenance. Accept routine repair requests from tenants. Obtain 2 quotes, recommend the best course of action to the owner, and oversee the repair until complete, providing summary of action to the owner upon completion.
- Reporting. Provide monthly and annual financial reporting to the owner to include Operating budget, cash flow report, Income, expenses and a Profit and Loss statement. Relocation Assistance. Contact SPM&S when planning a move. Provide your requirements for the perfect home and we’ll work together to find the right home for your household. Property Concierge Services. If you currently own or rent your home and need a hand in managing a repair, service or installation, contact SPM&S to provide the support you need. Why take time off of work to wait for the cable man, repairman or furniture delivery guy, when you can hire SPM&S to do it for you? Call us for estimate for your home requirement. Property Concierge Services include:
- Coordinating home repairs from emergency repairs to routine maintenance.
- Acting as Proxy for the owner for installation of communication services ( phone, cable, internet)

About the Owner. Patricia (Trish) Stewart is a retired Naval Officer who served 21 years. She has move 12 times in 21 years and has a great appreciation for the stress of moving from all angles…from finding a home in a new location to needing someone to wait for a cable installation on a duty day to renting her own home when it was time to move. She started her company with her own rental properties and by helping military friends who were moving out of the area.
