Real estate has a funny way of reminding us that the right timing really does matter. 🌿

After some time on the market, plenty of conversations, and adjustments to strategy along the way, the right moment came together for this property. And in true real estate fashion, when it happened, it happened… two offers came in for our Seller to consider!

She was able to choose the offer that worked best for her overall goals, and now this piece of land is officially UNDER CONTRACT!

Not every property follows the same timeline. Sometimes it’s about staying patient, being willing to adjust, and trusting the process until the right buyer comes along.

This beautiful home is officially SOLD 💚🏡

I met these Sellers years ago after they received one of my postcards in the mail. They reached out because they needed some help with a rental, and from there, we just stayed in touch. A few lunches, plenty of conversations, and years later, when it came time to sell this beautiful home, I was their first call. 🥹

Getting the opportunity to represent them again, especially with a home that has this much history, character, and beauty, truly felt like a privilege.

That’s one of my favorite things about real estate. Sometimes a postcard turns into a conversation, a conversation turns into a relationship, and years later, you get to be a small part of someone’s next chapter.

I’m a little sad to say goodbye to this one, but I’m so hopeful its new owner will bring it back to its original beauty and love everything that makes this home so special. 💚
