A pretty picture is nice, but there’s a little more behind these photos than you might think. 🤍

A few times a year, we bring our HomeGrown team together for updated branding photos. And while we know a great headshot isn’t what sells a home, we also know that how you present yourself, your business, and the properties you represent matters.

These sessions are something we invest in as a brokerage because we believe our agents should have the tools and resources to show up confidently and professionally in their businesses.

Whether it’s marketing a new listing, introducing themselves to a potential client, sharing their expertise, or simply staying consistent with their personal brand, having a library of beautiful, professional photos makes showing up just a little easier.

And that’s really the bigger picture here.

When we say community, this is what we mean. 🤍

Community isn’t just where we do business. It’s something we believe we have a responsibility to be part of.

It looks like partnering with local organizations and events. Hosting gatherings of our own that give people a reason to come together. Supporting the businesses around us and celebrating the people doing good things right alongside us.

Sometimes it’s joining a local board and lending your voice. Sometimes it’s donating money. Sometimes it’s donating your time. Sometimes it’s sponsoring an event, showing up to someone else’s, sharing a local business, or simply choosing a small act of kindness when you have the opportunity.

Because community doesn’t always have to be a big gesture. More often, we think it’s built through a whole lot of small ones.

To us, being a local real estate company should mean more than knowing the neighborhoods, the market and the houses. It should mean knowing the people. Caring about what happens here. And being willing to roll up our sleeves and be part of it.
