Parking Lot Closure Notice Update
The Parking Lot Closure has been delayed until next Wednesday, August 19th at 7:00 AM.
Please be advised that we will be installing new curbs, sidewalks and repaving two parking lots located in Section 6, between 267-269 off Faller and Section 9 between 901-903 off Blvd. See attached map for location details.
No one will be allowed access after the lot is closed, including the garages.
Starting on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, the Curbs and sidewalk phase will begin. The paving phase is scheduled to begin on Monday, August 24, 2026.
All vehicles including cars and motorcycles, parked in these parking lots must be moved by 7:00am on Wednesday August 19, 2026.
All vehicles that are not moved by the date and time indicated above will be subject to towing at the owner's expense...
Due to weather conditions, all dates are subject to change.
You will have access to your apartment using the existing sidewalks. Brookchester is not responsible for ticketed or towed vehicles parked in public streets not permitted by the Borough.
Note; For your safety we ask that you use extreme caution when entering and exiting the construction areas. Please keep a safe distance between yourself, work vehicles, and heavy equipment.
