1.) Know what you can afford. What’s your budget? The lender will pre-approved, but keep in mind what you’re willing and able to pay each month considering your lifestyle.🛍️
2.) Know your credit score. Don’t assume and rule yourself out. Start the process. Some lenders can get buyers approved with as low as a 520 depending on the profile, and if not, they typically advise you on how to get there.
