One of our Fractional group buyers recently closed on an 8-unit portfolio. It allowed them to receive some of the benefits of investing in larger multifamily properties while still getting competitive rates that full-doc loans have to offer.

In a volatile market, having a larger tenant base can be helpful with mitigating the risks that may come with having nonpaying or vacant units.

It also provides a more efficient use of your time as well as a cheaper cost per unit of certain things as well!
