✨🏡 THREE YEARS IN THE MAKING… AND TODAY, WE CLOSED! 🔑❤️

This closing is extra special because this story didn’t start today. It started three years ago.

Three years ago, my client stepped foot into this home for the very first time when it was listed for sale. He scheduled an appointment with me to see it, and although he was financially ready, his credit wasn’t quite where it needed to be.

We had some work to do—not a whole lot—but enough that it was going to take time, patience, discipline, and commitment.

So we came up with a plan:

Rent the home until you’re ready to BUY the home.

And he stayed true to his word. 💯 He rented the home, followed the plan, did everything we told him to do, and never gave up on the goal of one day calling this house HIS.

But this story would not have been possible without my AMAZING SELLERS. ❤️

I had the privilege of serving as the dual agent, representing both my buyer and my sellers in this transaction, and I cannot thank my sellers enough for their patience and willingness to wait. Three years ago, they agreed to give him the opportunity to rent this home while he worked toward becoming ready to purchase it. They could have chosen a different path, but they gave him a chance—and today, that patience helped make someone else’s dream of homeownership a reality.

To my sellers: THANK YOU for trusting me, trusting the process, and most importantly, being willing to WAIT. ❤️
