Thank you for your interest in an apartment at the Arbors on the Lake! We are currently leasing One and Two bedroom and One/ Two-bathroom apartment homes. An applicant must meet the qualification. Your gross monthly income must be three times the monthly rental amount. As well as be able to provide the following documents/ items:
• Six (6) Current Check stubs (For headed of household only)
• Valid/Current ID (For Anyone 18 years and older)
• Social Security Card (For all occupants)
• Birth Certificate (For anyone under the age of 18)
• Application Fee - $50.00 per applicant (For background & credit check)
• Security Deposit- $250.00-$750.00 (An additional deposit may be required based on credit report)
• $150.00 Administration Fee
• 1 bedroom $824.99 Cable and Internet Included
• 2 bedroom $954.99 Cable and Internet Included
• All applicants must make 3 times the rent
• 1 bedroom 824.99 x 3= 2,474.97 a month
• 2 bedroom 954.99 x 3 =2,864.97 a month
