Do you have a current listing or one coming soon? I’m now offering interior and exterior sketches and floor plans with room measurements for $100 for properties up to 3,000 sq.ft. If you have ever used a photography company for your living square footage you might be getting inaccurate information. I recently had a property that measured 1545 sqft, and the software that most photographers use for their measurements, measured the same property at 1423 Sq.Ft. That is 122 sqft less than the actual square footage.
