Lots of the property investors we know don't like working in New Orleans East. I think they are missing out. There is a Stigma in the area but I just don't think it's reality. I know there is crime in the area but that is the same all over New Orleans. We always feel comfortable going in the East and the find that the affordable property prices makes it a great place to own rentals and flip houses.
