So special to represent my buyers on the purchase of this charming Uptown cottage.
My clients had a very specific vision. After years in a 5,000 square foot home, they were ready to downsize—without leaving the neighborhood they’ve loved for over 30 years.
They were looking for a quintessential New Orleans home in the Golden Rectangle: primary bedroom on the first floor, gated off-street parking, and a yard. A combination that’s increasingly hard to find.
We searched high and low and ultimately found a home with the right foundation—one they can truly make their own. It offers the flexibility to customize, create space for visiting grandchildren, and still maintain a turnkey feel that allows them to lock up and head to the mountains in the warmer months. And...it had the primary bedroom on the first floor, the gated off-street parking and a yard.
A lot of the homes my clients end up buying… never officially hit the market. They come from relationships I’ve built over time and knowing who might be willing to sell before they ever list.
