Do you know that you can negotiate commission with real estate brokers? ALWAYS DO THAT.
I have always found it absurd that there isn’t more protection in real estate exchanges.
There is some protection now.
I’ve been licensed since 2001 and know the ins and outs of real estate transfers without using a broker at all. There are many transfers used when the market crashes like in today’s market.
Keep in mind there are multiple other lawsuits where buyers may also win cases. This gives you- the buyer some POWER.

I’ve represented more BUYERS than sellers.

This helps bring prices down, helps more people afford places to live and work and crushes the exclusive secret deals that are so pervasive.
The days of luxury and exclusivity are dying.
I am so glad.
