🍽️Talk about having a seat at BOTH sides of the table! Corporate Realty agents represented both the sellers and purchasers in the sale of the former home of the legendary Upperline Restaurant at 1413 Upperline St. 👏

After closing in 2020, this iconic Uptown gem is getting new life. Chef Justin Devillier and Mia Devillier, the owners of La Petite Grocery, and their partner Joel Dondis have purchased the historic property from JoAnn Clevenger. They plan to open a brand-new restaurant concept in late 2026. 🎉
