This historic estate spans more than 4,000 square feet and carries a story most homes never will: it was once owned by Carlos Marcello, the longtime boss of the New Orleans crime family. That kind of history is exactly what draws buyers to landmark properties in Jefferson Parish and across the Westbank. The sellers owned it for 30+ years and gifted my client with a photo of Carlos that my client has on his living room mantle.

We just closed 800 Barataria Blvd, for $390,000, and my client was ecstatic! We’ve been working together since last fall, and this journey is a perfect example of what dedicated, full-service representation looks like. He lives out of town, so instead of asking him to fly in every time a listing hit the market, I did extensive video touring for him, something most agents simply do not offer. He was able to walk through homes in real time from wherever he was, and when the right property came along, he didn’t waste any time! I handled everything from afar, and he flew in for the closing to make it official.
