Good morning,

I wanted to take a moment to share a bit of appreciation to CC's in the Mid-City area, specifically New Coffee House, located at 2800 Esplanade Ave.
This location has become a great morning stop for many, offering a welcoming space with dine-in and takeout options, and they are open daily until 8:00 PM. Their coffee and breakfast selections make it easy to start the day on a positive note.
Within the Preserve office, our staff truly takes care of one another in the mornings—whether it’s grabbing coffee or breakfast for the team, it’s a small gesture that reflects our strong sense of support and community. Pairing that teamwork with a great local coffee spot makes our mornings even better.
