One of the things I love most about real estate is how God uses this business to put people in your life you otherwise may have never met. Every once in a while, you meet someone who leaves a lasting impact.

That is Dwenda! ❤️

She is one of the most patient, kind, optimistic, God-fearing women I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. Throughout this entire process, she went out of her way to show gratitude and genuine kindness to every single person involved.

And believe me… there were plenty of opportunities to lose patience! 😂 This contract came with just about every possible roadblock imaginable, but Dwenda continued to show patience, grace, and faith through it all.

And today, it paid off! 🙌🏼🏡

This beautiful lady is officially a HOMEOWNER — and, even better, someone I’m blessed to now call a friend.

And I have to give credit where credit is due… literally EVERYONE worked to pull this one off. This was truly a team effort from start to finish, and I’m so grateful for the people who kept pushing, problem-solving, communicating, and doing whatever it took to get us to the closing table.
