Please do some research on the 'Take Care of America's Veteran's Act'

If (when) you agree with me and EVERY Veteran's Service Organization and that the name does not accurately represent the legislation and it will actually do more harm than good for Veterans.

Please use this link to contact your Congressmen & women to remove the disability compensation offset provisions from the act and to find a funding solution that does not come at the expense of other Veterans.

Pricing Pressure
Existing housing inventory is rising and while still below pre-Covid levels, April’s reading is the best since 2020. However, sales activity is flat as a hockey puck. That combination is pushing up months-of-inventory, putting downward pressure on home prices. To wit, the latest Case-Shiller data, for the month of March, shows home prices falling 0.22% M-o-M and rising 0.7% Y-o-Y, less than inflation. Real home prices are declining.

To all of my Veteran friends - There is a lender out there flooding social media with their "new" VA construction to perm lending program.
Don't be fooled by slick marketing. VA Construction to Perm is not new, it's been around for years.
My advice to Veteran borrowers is the same as always: Do not click a link or call number from a TV commercial and be swayed by expensive marketing. Only utilize another Veteran to help with your VA loan benefits.
Veterans take care of Veterans, we are a band of brothers and sisters. Veteran loan officers will give good, sound advice and not a corporate sales pitch.
