We met and they had no intentions on buying as they couldn't find the right fit for their needs...but as a buyer, you do not have to find the right fit, that is one of the many reasons you hire a Real Estate Agent. 38 days later, these good folks closed the deal on a gorgeous condominium and are thrilled with their new home. I couldn't be happier for them.
