Capped in under 4 months! Congratulations Jolie Lemoine. Jolie committed this year to diving into her database in a systematic way, and she is already seeing the benefits. Working by referral is the best method. What is capping? Capping is Jolie reaching a financial threshold set by the brokerage, and once she hits that mark, the brokerage is no longer taking a % of the check. This is not the first time she has capped, but it is the fastest she has capped. For our new brokerage, she will always hold the spot of the first capped agent! a true professional on the other side of this deal. I recently spoke with an investor who lamented about an investment property he passed on due to he thought managing it would take too much time. He believed he would have had equity day 1 plus great cash flow. When we evaluate this asset class based off energy of management vs on the merits of the deal, it screws up our perspective. Our team removes that barrier of evaluating real estate investing so that you can scale faster. When someone tells me they don’t want to be a landlord again, that could be true, but I believe what they really mean is “I don’t want to manage property again.” With our business, you don’t have to.
