Annunciation was such a fun project. It’s the largest build I’ve ever done and I had so much fun with the finishes! This is the first build with Artesana Homes - a new venture with my amazing contractor Jose Villeda. We are dreaming big and this is just the beginning! We have 2 more uptown builds on General Taylor and Constance up next!

Hi! I had professional photos taken by the incredible and thought it was a great excuse to introduce myself to those that don’t already know me, and say 👋 to those who haven’t seen my face since 2019 (covid, toddler, life!).

I’m Marcie, the woman behind Grey Revival! I’m a mom to a toddler, a business owner, and a connoisseur of white paint! I’ve been obsessed with designing houses since I was a kid and feel so crazy lucky to be doing what I do now - building new homes for resale in New Orleans (and occasionally costal South Carolina).

I participate in every part of the process - lot selection, budgets and financing, design, material/fixture selections, construction check-ins, and staging. Then I hand off the project to my fabulous listing agent ( ) to find their new owners. I’m always on the hunt for the next project, so my life stays pretty full!
