These are located on Shelby County Road 1050 North just east of County Road 400 West. You can use 3604 W 1050 North, Fountaintown for your GPS, lots are just west of that house.

Buy land — they’re not making it anymore.

Is that a self-serving statement coming from a land company? Absolutely.
Is it a philosophy we truly believe in? Without a doubt.

We believe the United States is entering a new period of economic strength in the coming years, and during times like these, owning real assets matters. That includes stocks of American companies, commodities like gold and silver, and — of course — land and real estate.

The east side of Indianapolis is the last major area around the city with room to grow. Development has already surged on the north, south, and west sides. Have you seen what land costs in those areas now — if you can even find any available? Do we expect prices to drop here? We don’t think so.

At Schwier & Co, we currently own more land than ever before, and we plan to continue purchasing as opportunities arise. We only release a limited number of building lots each year for cash-flow reasons, and if you’d like to learn more about what we’re offering right now, we’d be glad to talk.

We have recently purchased some farm acreage in Northwest Shelby County (aprox 3 miles south of New Palestine) that we plan to subdivide into home building lots.
