We found a company (it wasn't easy) who would customize this manufactured home to our liking. We got real paintable sheetrock walls and ceilings instead of vinyl coated, wood cabinets in kitchen and bathroom, no vinyl trim, completely open floor plan, and a porch!! We did as much plastic reduction as we could. We had to replace a rundown home and it's now ready for some good folks to move in. Asking $1,995 for 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, large front yard and private backyard. Trash pickup and snow removal included. Available Nov 1st 2023.

Opportunity alert! love this property in Rosendale! It’s a small house but it has all the essentials and extras that make it so much more than just liveable. It’s private. Has a spacious screened porch and open deck, a nice walk-out basement with high ceilings, a beautiful two-car garage with full second story, an adorable hand-built shed with loft, and plenty of acreage. And the home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an office nook. My house has a screened porch, which I love, but none of the extras for storage, so I always lust after homes like this with nice basements and outbuildings. Sometimes it’s not size that matters most. Buyers fell in love with this little cottage even though it did not “tick all the boxes.” The beautiful kitchen, screened porch, lovely woodsy setting, and winding country road made it irrestible. 😍 Move-in ready helped, too. And being only 23 minutes from the Mohonk Preserve means another happy climber’s got a place near the crag!
