staying close enough to the City and our Upper West Side pad. What was intended as a second home soon became our main hub after the birth of our first daughter. We now feel so fortunate to be raising our two incredible girls in such an inspiring place, and while we’ve kept our place in the City, the Hudson Valley has become our home. I am a fulltime real estate agent, with consistent sales in the multi-million dollar category and a recipient of the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Award for being amongst the top 25% of 93,000 Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. I hold a degree in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and bring the knowledge and know-how of a GRI® Graduate from the REALTOR® Institute as well as a Certified Coldwell Banker Luxury Property Specialist and a RSPS® Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist to my business. As a family we are very active in the arts community, performing at local Equity theatres such as Ellenville’s jewel Shadowland Stages and Woodstock’s Voice Theatre. I am so proud of my wife, award winning Broadway actress Denise Summerford. Denise founded Broadway Arts Collective in order to connect young Hudson Valley artists to our network of NYC professional actors. Broadway Arts Collective has offered numerous workshops to local kids with Broadway stars from Hamilton, Wicked and more! We’ve also been honored to partner with SUNY New Paltz for week long summer workshops. Broadway Arts Collective is honored to receive the Ulster County Executive's Arts Award for Arts in Education! My connection to the local arts community and love of the outdoors has rooted me in the lifestyle of the area.
