ATTENTION: If you received a letter from the Tuscarawas County Health Department concerning the required home septic system inspection please read the following:
-You do not need to have the inspection performed within 30 days.
-the 30 day time limit is for Septic Service Providers to deliver their Reports to the Tusc Co Health Dept after an inspection is performed.
-Do not schedule your inspection before Jan 1 2023, it will not count towards your required permit, you must schedule after Jan 1.
-You must have your required inspection done within the permit cycle (1 year, 3 year or 5 year) which is stated on the letter you received.
You DO need to submit the paperwork you received with the letter to the Tusc Co Health Dept, with the required fee.
