CAROL BEULE - How she went from single broke mom to real estate tycoon. Well, maybe from single mom to 28 rental units. If you are just starting out it just seems like you have to be a tycoon to own 28 units. It's not as hard as you think. Come and see how she did it. Carol is also a founding member of TuscREIA and currently sits on the board.
Tanya Burleson - Tanya is also a TuscREIA board member and a vendor/business member. She owns Burleson Insurance Agency with Farmers Insurance. She and her husband have a weekend retreat getaway and Airbnb, storage space and the party/event space we will be meeting in. She will speak about these non-traditional real estate investments. Real estate investing is more than residential rentals.
KAYLA HRINDAK - Kayla is a member of StarkREIA and the owner of Fulton Title in Canton. She will bring us up to date on current changes in the real estate closing process. She will also address FinCEN. FinCEN is The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. It is a bureau within the United States Department of the Treasury that collects and analyzes information about financial transactions to combat domestic and international money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. FinCEN requires certain entities to report their beneficial ownership information (BOI) to combat money laundering and other crimes. If we own an LLC, C-Corp, or S-Corp, do we have to file a beneficial ownership? Come and find out.
