*Weekend Update*

Another crazy week in the trenches. With showings, appraisals, and home inspections oh my!

Closing yesterday on beautiful Plum Run in Bowerston. Honored to be trusted with a dear friend’s family home. Saying goodbye to a home is sometimes a very emotional time. Thank you so much Shetler family for your trust.

We had a listing appointment for a great conventional style home in Dover. 3 bedroom, fenced in yard, close to schools. Watch for more info coming soon!

*Weekend Update*
Well this week has been a wild ride.🤪
As fast as Ohio Housing’s rate sale could be promoted, it was gone. Funding has been used up and now for those who missed the opportunity (which was many because it lasted about 3 days)expect delays and closings to take about two weeks longer than normal for those using Ohio Housing programs. Great idea, much room for improvement on this “sale”.
We had a ton of interest in our new listing on Kinsey Valley Rd and one lucky family is now under contract to own this hilltop paradise.
We had several inspections/showings this week and I have felt like I have spent the whole week in the car. Anyone else feel like a mouse in a maze trying to get thru construction in our county?

*Weekend Update*
Real estate waits for no-one, as I tried desperately to have a down week to recover from my most recent back issues. 😵‍💫
Over the holiday weekend we had a home inspection, lined up another domino deal w multiple buyers and sellers that included helping our clients secure a beautifully restored for sale by owner historical farmhouse, picked up a new Dover buyer, and finally had a break in the weather for pictures at our new listing on Kinsey Valley Rd in New Philadelphia. ☀️
Coming in June, a well maintained 3 bedroom near Dover Ave Elementary. 🏠
Desperately looking for a 3 bedroom rental with 1st floor full bath in Dover-Phila area.
