We gain an hour of sleep (yes, please! 🙌), but more importantly, we gain more daylight in the early mornings to help ease those darker winter wakeups. ☀️⏳

And no worries if you're in Hawaii, Arizona, or certain U.S. territories—you get to skip this clock shuffle altogether. The rest of us? We’re adjusting and embracing the extra morning sunshine!
