This is an interesting article, I would guess one of many to come. I haven't seen a willingness by a lot of employers to fully embrace the remote work arrangement but today's environment seems to be pushing that envelope. I hope they will see that it can work well for certain roles. As a Realtor, I've already seen some people looking to move to Florida because they aren't tied to their current location any longer. It's making for some interesting changes!
