What a week, just closed in my second investment property today!!! I'm so thankful that God gave me this opportunity todo 2 of these at once after I took a leap of faith and did the first. Just goes to show that when you take a step, the Lord will honor your courage and be with you.
I was able to partner with an investor colleague of mine and tackle this property to give us a great profit, which was even better than predicted. We ended up smashing the price per sqft in the area at $263/sqft!!!😮
With both of these properties closed, I'm ready to move onto bigger and better things. I can't wait to see what the Lord has for me next! 😀
