Coming into it by purchasing a 100+ year old home when I was 19 to learn more about rehabilitating an old home to rent out. Next fixing and flipping a foreclosed home and ultimately going through the selling process for each. From there my wife and I have built our new dream home in New Prague to raise our three children.
