Took a bit more time then they were originally expecting, but the LA Fitness New Rochelle club is officially open. The upgrades compared to other local clubs are phenomenal. However, if you’re looking to do some heavy bag work or shoot hoops, you won’t be able to at this club. Spoke to the manager about it and the reasoning is completely understandable (won’t go into detail here).

There are still a few ordinances that need to be in place before the pool is up and running, but it should be open soon enough.

If you’re local and looking to change clubs, this one is definitely worth a 👀

Our DPW team just finished painting the green stripe along Mamaroneck Ave as we get ready for today's Sound Shore St. Patrick's Day Parade! The parade kicks off by the Mamaroneck Avenue School at 1:30pm today, Sunday, March 19, and travels down Mamaroneck Avenue to Harbor Island Park. We can't wait to see you!
