This went quickly, which makes sense because it’s all about location. My seller is very happy with the offers she’s received and we are moving forward. Thank you to all of the agents and buyers who viewed and made offers. We don’t celebrate till closing but we are moving in the right direction.

Sundays are great days for open houses! Of yesterday was too short of notice you can swing by today to see this gem! This is a great house in a great spot. It may not be the right house for everyone but I am sure I’ll find a few people who will enjoy it. See you there later!

Yesterday was a very special closing. I met this buyer years ago at a meetup I used to host. Big dreams were created and then over a year ago he became ready to execute on buying a multifamily to start a new income stream.

Buying a multi in westchester and Fairfield counties can be challenging. The homes were either single family homes converted to multifamilies or in terrible condition, of have tiny units that do not produce enough rent to justify the holding costs.

We looked at many homes over a year, bid on a bunch of ones that could have worked and did not secure those for various reasons. Finally we found the one that the numbers worked on. It was his property!

I believe that the right home will fond every buyer. As long as you keep looking , keep visiting and trust the process, you will win the bid on the right house. The negotiations will work out, the deal will move forward, regardless of challenges along the way.

In the end, we get them closed. It was a long and challenging process to close this one closed but everyone is happy and our client has started his real estate empire!

I am very excited to see what amazing changes he makes to provide better housing for the local community!

I hope you are full of energy like I am!!! So much to be excited about! The sun will be still be out when you get to class, this is one of my favorite times of year. Better yet I have so many new dances to teach you over the next few weeks and months from the amazing and friends dance weekend. I really hope you can all experience it sometime soon. Happy 25 year anniversary to the Albro family for putting this production on and changing so many lives in the process.

I am so excited for my sellers on this gem in Silver Beach. They have gone through so much in trying to seller her father’s house. They spent months with the wrong realtor, who priced it way too high, and then I can in to correct it and get it sold. It still did not happen quickly, but the cowboy did get it closed! I am thankful to have been the eyes and ears for this family when they needed it and we can all celebrate now that it closed. Congratulations!!!
